Join me for a practice that will restore a sense of balance through gentle, flowing movement and deep rest with the practice of yoga nidra (relaxation).
After the busy summer months the autumn equinox is a portal to find balance, slow down and tune back into ourselves.
Enjoy an hour of nurturing and restful yoga to help you wind down and restore as we move towards the end of summer and shift into the energy of autumn.
Expect guided breathwork to soothe and ground you, helping to press pause on the busyness of your life and to press play on connecting into how you are feeling. We’ll flow through some gentle nurturing movement to help release aches or tension held in the body. And we’ll finish with a guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) practice to help you rest and relax so you leave feeling rested and restored.

My classes allow time and space for you to drop into your practice and yourself more deeply. Life can be so busy that it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of your to do list. This class will put you first and give you time to:
Create space and ease in your body with gentle, releasing movements to soften any aches or tension
Find space mentally and calm your mind
Relax and rest so you feel renewed and re-energised
Arrive home to yourself and your needs
Find a sense of balance and calm
Gift yourself this time to slow down the pace of your life, to prioritise and tend to your needs with love and kindness, and leave with your cup re-filled feeling re-energised and restored. Know deeply that you are completely welcome just as you are, to come as you need to be with no ‘‘shoulds’’ or expectations.
