Women’s Spring Yoga Workshop

If it’s felt like a long winter, this workshop is for you! It will allow time for you to:

  • Create space and ease in your body with warming and releasing movements 

  • Clear old, stagnant energy with breath practices

  • Relax and rest so you feel renewed and re-energised

  • Find a sense of balance and steadiness

  • Set an intention for the weeks and months ahead about what you want to create in this world as you move into spring and summer

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are craving time and space for yourself, away from the busyness of your life and your ‘to do’ list!

  • You want to move and ease out your body, releasing any aches and tension.

  • You need to find space mentally and calm your mind.

  • You want to tap into a sense of energy through movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation.

  • You know you have a deep need to rest, restore and revitalise.

  • You yearn to truly arrive home to yourself.

Join me at my Women’s Spring Yoga Workshop to welcome in the lighter, warmer months ahead and tap into the energy of Spring! You’ll be guided through practices to re-energise and revitalise the body and mind after the colder, darker months of Winter, leaving you with a sense of purpose, energy and enthusiasm as we enter into the season of rebirth, fertility and new beginnings!

There will be time at the end of the workshop to have tea, snacks and to share in circle with other women. You will be welcome at this time to share anything from the morning you want to. This time and space simply allows you to speak, to be heard, to be seen, to be witnessed, as you are on the day. Know deeply that you are completely welcome just as you are. To say and share as much or as little as feels right at the time. No expectations, no ‘‘shoulds’’, just you as you are and as you need to be.
